im glad i came across this post..im soon to have my vsg and im very excited/nervous of course..how are you doing 4 years out with weight, have you gained any, do you regret your decision for any reason. i just wish there was more info long term because that is one thing that im alittle nervous about because i dont want to go thru all this then be fat in 5 years ya know...im praying for a great success because i have to babies and i want to be around for all the memories to come.
