BariWise Fruit Drinks
Anyone tried these? I was desperate from something other than the milky sweet shakes. Got these from Dietdirect.com and OMG. Holy drinkable protein!!! I mixed 1 packet of the the BariWise Grapefruit with 1 packet of Crystal Light Strawberry/Orange/Banana and oh my gosh. I drank the whole thing. Thank the lord. I am saved.

I did not try it because its a whey protien concentrate, my surgeon told me I could only have Whey Protien Isolate, Isolate lets us absorb the protien faster which we need. Isolate and concentrate are two different types of whey , check with your Surgeon to see if its ok, I know all Dr are different with what we are allowed to have.....
