Whey Protein Vials

 Does anyone have any experience with the whey protrien vials? The ones I have found are less than 4oz but have 42g of protein with 110 calories. My nutitionist said they are ok. I'm trying one now mixed with a little ice and some water to dilute it. My mixture ended up making 8oz. It tasted pretty good and seems like an easy way to get to the 64gms of protein. I'm 2 days post op and down 24lbs including my pre-op diet. Down 7 lbs since surgery and feeling really good. I'm very consious about hydration and probably not hiting the 64oz mark, but getting really close and producing plenty of urine. 

They are not "whey protein" - look at the ingredients. I don't know the exact precentages but there is a very very small amount of whey - its mostly collagen - useless protein for our bodies right now.

Trust me, if those things were any good for us, and we could get our daily protein in 1-2 bullets, there would never be a complaint about meeting protein goals. But - it's the wrong kind of protein. Sorry!

I will never look at those New Whey shots the same way again

Exactly what Acb said, they are not the right kind of protien for us, you want something that is 100% Whey protien, or Soy or Egg. Collegen does us no good at all.
