Hi all. Just had my nutritional eval, which was the last thing I had to do before the WLS request is submitted to my insurance. I'm sure they will approve it quickly and without hesitation. I plan on having surgery on 12/19/12 by Dr. Sudan at Duke University and am so excited....I hope the next 2 months go quickly. Ready to start my new life without health problems :) Want to thank you all for letting me be a fly on the wall the past few months and sharing all your experiences. It has really helped me make my decision and I now know it's the best thing for me. Wish you all the best and will post updates as I go along so I can help the next "new person" that is looking for real-life experiences of the surgery. Thanks all!

Congratulation !!!!

I am waiting for my approval too , I had my last Dr. Apt last Wednesday and now the insurance specialist has to submit to my insurance. I am having mine done at Henry Ford hospital in Michigan. Good luck to !!!
