I always thought my chair at work was comfortable but I notice over the last couple of days that after sitting in it for a couple of hours my butt starts to hurt. I occurred to me that there is a bit less padding that was there before.

Yes it does get worse... sit forward on your legs and "roll" from cheek to cheek to change positions...- this surgery really affected my tailbone... find an "innertube" for work... had no idea THAT would be affected afterwards...

I always thought I had a substantial "bootie". I was apparently just fat as my behind was the first thing to go. I can't sit anywhere for very long because it becomes painful to everywhere!! I used to love sitting in the floor with my son to play. Now I have a pillow by the couch that I sit on because hard wood is WRONG for me.

i have plenty of butt, still do, but i know if i have been sitting too much because my tailbone is sore. i have to sit forward and take the pressure off my backside, it helps my posture though :)

I would definitely call this an NSV!! cool beans

That was one of my first NSVs.  I hate the chairs at my daughter's karate studio.

Laying on your side at night, you'll start to notice that your knees touch and hurt.  I have to either shift one leg kind of off the other one or put a pillow between them.  My hips get sore laying on my side now too, and I still have a generous booty!

I have the same problem with some chairs but thankfully we have some very nice chairs here at work.  Congrats! lol the things that happen when you lose weight.  You just never would have thought right?

Wow!  I would love for the day to come when I can  say there is less padding.  My butt has always been fairly well padded. When I was a swimmer it was muscle - now just fat.  I am realistic though, a flat arse isn't in the genetic cards for me.

I have serious issues there - I got excited when Elina posted "D is for Donuts" thinking it was a kind of pillow she was going to recommend to us.

Seriously, I fly internationally - the flight from Minneapolis to Paris and connecting to India really hurt. I've got to find some sort of padding I can put down in these crappy coach seats.

Sitting on a hard bench is almost impossible right now.
