Too much water????
Is there such a thing as TOO M UCH water I am 1 week and a few days out and know the" water rule for normal people is half you weight in water to loose weight. Is it the same for us sleevers? I am only getting in about 2 ounces every 10- 15 min and I take a break for protien shakes and soups
