one year out today and down 105 lbs--with pics!!!
I would love to! I actually am a little different from others...as since surgery I have never been able to tolerate a protein shake, so all my meals are protein meals...steak, pork chops, chicken,--all different varieties I have learned--all low carb--I can make a chicken chili that would knock your socks off and a serving may have 3 carbs....I eat every 2.5 to 3 hours...no caffeine at all since surgery....I have gotten alot of my recipes off the eggface website as well.
