I must say that you look absolutely amazing! Can you share an example of your meals for the day? I am 2 and a half weeks out and I am down 23 pounds since surgery and I would like to get down to 150. Any tips would be helpful! Thanks

I would love to! I actually am a little different from others...as since surgery I have never been able to tolerate a protein shake, so all my meals are protein meals...steak, pork chops, chicken,--all different varieties I have learned--all low carb--I can make a chicken chili that would knock your socks off and a serving may have 3 carbs....I eat every 2.5 to 3 hours...no caffeine at all since surgery....I have gotten alot of my recipes off the eggface website as well.

Your pictures made me tear up a bit.  What an amazing transformation.  I am so happy for you and your husband!  You are a powerful role model and a true success story.  Congratulations!
