one year out today and down 105 lbs--with pics!!!
One year ago, I made one of the biggest, most life altering decisions of my life! I can proudly say, I am maintaining my 105 lb weight loss! I weight 129.5 and I get to be called "skinny" and "tiny" I would have NEVER imagined to have come as far as I have and I will NEVER go back!! I still eat very low carb, work out 1-2 days per week. The weight is still coming off...usually about 1 lb per month but still....I have inspired several people to either have the surgery or have started their process with the doctor who did mine...It is such a HUGE honor to have people use me as thier inspiration! On another great note, my husband had his surgery 07/31 and has lost 73 lbs to date! This such an amazing journey!! I have gone from 234 to 129.5--started out in a size 18/20 and I am now in a 5/6...shirt size from 2-3xl to small...I am always open to help newbies with any questions you may have or anyone looking into the surgery with questions.I have added some before pics and current pics below....Enjoy!!!
