8DPO, How much cottage cheese/greek yogurt...
... should I be eating in one sitting? How long should it take me to eat it?
My plan calls for full liquids for 2 weeks and that includes cottage cheese and greek yogurt, I just have no guidelines on how much that looks like... I can only tolerate one protein shake a day so these two foods have been lifesavers.

FWIW I am stage 2 (full liquids) and at the end of postop day 6. My plan allows me three servings spaced out through the day, each no more than 1/4 cup (two ounces) and set well apart from my clear liquid requirements.. I'm also supposed to have two 4-6 ounce protein shakes per day.
I can only eat 1 oz at a time with most all thing soups sometime mabybe 1 1/2 oz but im never have tummy hunger. I made a schedule and eat by it not hunger or i would not eat at all or only from heat hunger so i developed this planed meal time for me 8:00am breakfast 12:00- 1:00 pm lunch and 5:00pm diner. this works for me i never eat from hunger. only to fuel my body and i know i need the protien. but it can be tasty when you eat it. Never eat becouse of head hunger. drink your water all the time and you will not feel hungery. you will always have something in the tummy. Im sure there are times im might not evern eat 1 oz Im learning to stop when i fell full befor bain from eating to much . If this happens to you get up and walk for 3-5 min and that pressure feeling will go away. best of luck talk to you later.
