Gummy Vitamins?

VSG on 10/16/12

Are they okay to have 2 months post op? My son has a cold and the only vitamin C we have in the house is the gummy kind. I do NOT want to get sick!

I have been taking them since my 3rd day post op. you don't get as much out of them so you need to take double or triple what the bottle says. Take some Echinacea and zinc too.

Just try it and see how you handle it. I don't think it will get stuck. I love them!!

My doc cleared me for them at 1 week post op- the chewables were making me gag :). I take them everyday! My kids and I all take em together!

I was allowed to take them 2 weeks post op. Hope you don't catch his cold.

Gummy Vitamin C is fine.

I'd steer away from the multiples because they are NOT complete with all the Vitamins AND Minerals an adult anatomy altered person needs. Many doctor's are OK with them...but not because they are good for you, but because they find adults aren't compliant so "some vitamins" are better then no vitamins.
