Wondering if Premier protein Rtd shakes are okay for me.  I'm lactose intolerant.

I've had problems getting them down post-op.

I've had problems with all the milky RTD, and powders too (even though I'm mixing with Lactaid milk). The only thing that doesn't seem to bother me is Unjury powders. You can get online at Unjury.com, or Amazon.

About Time 100% Whey Protein Isolates.

Four all natural ingrediants

1) 100% Whey Protein Isolate (the best protein source ... quicker absorption over other forms)

2) Stevia

3) Xanthan Gum (thickener ... still a very thin shake though)

4) Natural Flavor

100% Lactose Free

gnc.com has them running about $35 per 30 servings.  Currently I believe they are buy one get one 1/2 off.  Also get a Gold Card for $15 per year.  Get 20% on day of purchase as well as first week of any month for the year.

Flavors at GNC: Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, Birthday Cake, Cinnamon Swirl, Mint Mocha, Peaches and Creme.

Flavors are fairly subtle so think of them as mostly flavorless that you can add SF syrups or various frozen fruits giving more flavor.
