4 month surgiversary!

I'm down 85 lbs (just a few away from under 30 bmi!) total, 62 since surgery!

-12" from my waist

-14" from my bust

-13" from my hips (made flying recently MUCH more pleasant!)

-5" from my bicep

-8" off my thigh

I feel GREAT!  Exercising has been awesome and I have so much energy!  This is right before surgery (my son's bday party... why I have the silly crown):

Thanks!  It is work, that's for sure, however it doesn't feel like it anymore.  Eating well... exercising... it's become my new "normal".  I'm soooo grateful for that!

I don't know what a "normal" weight loss is, but I decided to not worry about it and just do what I need to do.  I can say I have no regrets, from the surgery to my efforts since then.  My goal is a lofty one, but go 'small' or go home, right?! 

Congrats on your success at 4 months!  Wow!  I'm hoping I can be that successful :)  Great job and good luck!
