OMG February 6, 2012 It has been one year since I flew to Mexicali alone for my VSG

Down 142lbs from my highest July 2011.

Down 131lbs from my pre op diet start date Jan 1, 2012

Down 111lbs from my surgery date Feb 6, 2012

Thank you to all of you an OH for your continued support and to those that post pictures they always keep me going. I will post pictures shortly.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
