I hit a MAJOR goal today! 100lbs lost, forever! 76lbs of that since surgery. Today is my 4 month anniversary.

Total loss of 11.5 inches this month for a total of 53 inches since surgery.

Just a few photos from the past few days & an oldie for comparison.
