First NSV!!

This morning I finally made it back to the pool after five weeks away due to my surgery.  As soon as I walked in, the lifeguard immediately approached me and asked how much weight I had lost.  A little while later, as I exercised in the pool, my former physical therapist came to the edge of the pool and commented on my obvious weight loss.  This is the first time anyone has commented on my weight loss without knowing about my VSG!!  If they looked a little closer it would be obvious from my scars that I had undergone some sort of surgery.  I was prepared to tell them but they never asked.   Since I am just coming off of a three week stall, it couldn't have happened at a better time.  Bring on the protein and water!
