What's is the average amount of carbs that you get for the day?

I eat less than 30 carbs a day.

The last 5 days average to about 14 carbs, but I am very early out. I don't normally go over 20. The further out I get with a higher capacity, that will go up some, but I don't intend to let it get too high. I plan to stay under 30 for the most part.

The first 6 months, around 40 a day.  It was self-limiting.  When your focus is on protein, there's not much room for carbs.  Now, I average around 100g a day, but still from veggies and dairy, and very little fruit.  I still mostly avoid bread, rice, pasta.  What works for you depends on how carb sensitive you are.  Some people seem to look at carbs and gain weight; others don't have to be as strict.

I average 80-100, with 20-30 of them being fibre. I get a good deal of my protein from low fat dairy and legumes, so low carb doesn't happen at my house.

My goal is to keep them under 40. But I am typically somewhere between 25 and 60.

During weight loss under 40 or even 20 if I could manage it.  In maintenance, closer to 100 grams.

I think its important to point out that Elina's 100 grams in maintenance is no junk, its all good carbs. So its not like when you get to maintenance you can go back to eating candy and cookies.

You are right.  My carbs are almost all from veggies and fiber sources.  I count all the carbs and do not take out the fiber.  I now allow myself to eat things like sweet potatoes with skin or even an occasional 1/2 of baked potato with skin. I always cut the carbs first if I want to lose a bit of weight.  Thank you for pointing this out Keith.

If you count the fiber carbs are you sure you are getting enough fiber?
