Posting happy pictures. (before not so happy-after, happy). The before pictures were taken somewhere around my heaviest, 340 or so...why I ever saved them I don't know.- most of the time I threw the things away. I'm 3/4 away from my goal of 150.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
