(Egg) Protein Causing Tummy Distress (TMI)... Suggestions?

Last week I started using Jay Robb's Vanilla Egg Protein Powder and I was so excited because I finally found a protein powder that doesn't make me vomit (literally, but that's a whole other post)...  Anyway, last week I was a little bit more gassy than usual and didn't think much about it but then yesterday I had a full-blown diarrhea episode within two hours of drinking my morning shake.  And today, the same thing started to happen but I stopped drinking it before I got really sick.

So, I looked up online that noxious gas, bloating and diarrhea can be side effects from egg protein powder and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered something similar and may have some suggestions as to how to get around this quite unfortunate issue...

Thank you in advance!

Are you mixing with skim milk? Maybe try unsweetened almond milk? Or water and see what results you get?

Good luck!

No one that I know and I know a few who LOVE the Egg Jay Robb and haven't reported your findings.  Unfortunately that just means the side effects, do affect you =(

Maybe try 1/2 as much and don't have it everyday see if it settles??
