From what I've been reading, it's really important to keep tracking your food, doing all the basics that you have been doing all along. Don't get complacent. I'm saying this as much to myself as I am to you. The successful ones on here never stop keeping track of what they eat. Best of luck to you. I know you can do it..,you've come so far! And look great!!!
