Must be a lot of busy VSGers today!!  I hope nobody minds that I started this today :)  I'm so excited to tell you all the crap food I ate today! haha

B: finn crips multigrain cracker, sargento provolone slice, 8 BH turkey pepperoni slices

L: lean cuisine southwest chicken salad additions...not the greatest but I needed something quick

S: too much organic popcorn and a few of these cookie chip things that someone bought.  UGH.  Having a day, will post about that later.

D: skinnytaste chicken roll ups with provolone and prosccuito, roasted asparagus, and probably some arugula salad

S: SF popsicles

Fluid: ok

Vits: terrible

X: kickboxing tonight!

I said the word "today" a lot in that post...clearly I'm having a DAY. 

Now read all those todays in my Brooklyn accent...like so and repeat after me "TA-DAYY"  '

B...Chicken sausage with roasted red pepper tapenade (This ISH is awesome! By Meditalia..lo cal, lo fat)

L....Chicken breast with lo-fat pesto (Also by Meditalia.  YUM!)

S...Cheese stick

D...Fresh Cod

S...Protein shake

Water...80 down, at least another 8 will be had

Vits...down

Exer...40 min walk (5% incline) this morning and a 25 min walk at lunch

S - Turkey Jerky

L - Italian Burger and Sweet Potato Fries, ate too fast and vomited it up

S - Popcorn

D - Salad with some fish

S - Protein Shake

W - a little behind

V - Yep

E - Chest and Shoulders this morning, trying to get the family to go to the gym with me now for legs and back

B:  ground turkey and cabbage casserole

L:  Roast chicken

Snack: chicken broth with protein powder

D: Sea scallops

Snack:  Sugar free jello with protein Powder

Vit: Yes

Fluids:  always need more. 38oz now - more this evening

Exercise:  15 minutes on Recumbent bike

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

B: Unjury shake

L: 2 wedges laughing cow cheese

D: Tomato soup with a (very) few baby goldfish

W: I am a loser with this!!  Still struggling to get in 20oz, much less more!!  cool

Began journey in 2007 at 312, had Lap band 2008, lost 40 pre-op then 24 post op, regained to 319.  Lost 39# on my own, then revised to VSG 4/29/13 @ 280.
