I'm just getting started with meats and solids. So tired of protein shakes I could puke, so I'm trying to have as much real food as possible and minimize the shakes. So this is what my day looks like (seems silly to break it up into meals since I can only eat an ounce or two at a time):

cottage cheese bake (like ricotta bake)
pureed chicken salad
protein shake
half of a Trader Joe's uncured chicken hot dog
1 ounce Applegate Farms turkey lunch meat
salmon (2 ounces? or whatever I can get down)
1 jumbo sea scallop

B: Quest bar (Berry Bliss)

S: 1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese w/ SF caramel Al Fresco syrup, cinnamon and about a 1/4 packet of sugar

L: Chike iced coffee shake w/ 8 oz. 1% milk, SF caramel Al Fresco syrup, water and ice

S: 10-12 bing cherries

D: Grilled chicken salad w/ homemade vinaigrette dressing (olive oil, red wine & balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper)

S: Not sure. Maybe some fresh tomato slices with a little salt and pepper.

Liquids: So far so good.

Vits: My docs office is dragging @ss on getting my refills put through, so dunno yet. I'll take what I have.

Exercise: First day back after getting a compression sleeve for my shin splints. We'll see how it goes. I'm going to reduce my cardio from 1 hour to a 1/2 hour and am only going to use the eliptical/cybex until they're better. Will also do some strength training and use the sauna.
