Can finally say the words... I'm PROUD of myself!!
It's taken a LOT of therapy but I can finally say, I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF! As of this morning, I have officially lost 100lbs!
That AND I am now considered overweight and not obese.
That AND I am running my first 6K this Saturday with my amazingly supportive husband.
That AND I have a job interview this coming Monday and for the first time in a long time, I feel confident that I am both worthy of it and will be successful in it (insert shameless therapy plug here).
That AND, and this is my favorite part, I am starting to look SMOKIN' HOT! Well, at least I think so (so does the hubs) and that's all that matters. One day, I may get around to posting a pic but that has yet to be determined.
There have been a ton more NSVs but that's all I'll share for now... Best decision I ever made for myself (aside from marrying the hubs and all that therapy).
