Congrats to you!. I am a couple weeks behind you, stats are similar. You have done fantastic. Do you feel like it's been harder since you hit 6 mos, Are you hungrier? The only thing I have really noticed is weight is not coming off quite as fast. My nut told me that "after 6 months it will be as hard for you to lose weight as if you hadn't had surgery" what do you think about that?
Anne
I don't think it's as hard as if I hadn't had surgery at all. It is harder--the weight comes off in different patterns than it did at first (holds steady for a week, then drops for a week). But there is no comparison between how hungry I was pre-op and now. I'd say I'm more "snacky," but I'm trying to use veggies (if my protein is on track) to handle that.
