NSV this morning
The scale has been sitting at 249 for the past few days, but this morning when I was getting dressed for work I put on the size 22 pants that I never wear because they are too tight - and they fit! In fact they barely stay up, I think I need a belt! I'm also wearing a 1X top that I picked up at a thrift shop, instead of my normal 3X !!!!

Great NSV. Watching the scale numbers fall is nice, but fitting into smaller clothing makes it real. Keep up the good work.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
