Gallbladder problem

Has anyone had gallbladder issues since having surgery?

My gallbladder was removed 17 years ago after I'd lost a bunch of weight.  The surgery doesn't have anything to do with your gallbladder going wonky.  Weight loss does, whether from surgery or not.  And, for some reason, it's more common in women than men.

Mine didn't start acting up until after my surgery. Some doctors will take it out at the same time mine chose not to. So ten months after surgery I had it taken out and feel so much better now.
