Odd NSV

For the first time in many, many years I can feel my oblique muscles.  It was a little bit of a shock when I noticed it.  Of course, the minute I sit down all bets are off.  Even so, it was a cheap thrill that someone who's never been fat probably wouldn't understand.

 

I will admit that I don't know what that is, but I'm guessing you were just as excited as I was when I actually felt ribs when I laid down last night!   And sometimes, cheap thrills are the absolute best!

That's the same way I felt with I saw my collar bones for the first time in years. Amazing results from this wonderful journey.

It must be like a butterfly coming out of their cocoon.
