Do you have times you don't feel like eating?

I'm 11 weeks post-op. I just haven't felt well today. Everything seems to make my stomach turn. I couldn't finish my breakfast shake, tuna for lunch made me sick feeling and fish for dinner was not a good thing. Lots of tummy talk going on. Anyone else had days like this?

Yes, definitely in the beginning.  I actually kind of dreaded the chore of eating for several weeks, but it did get much easier.  I really do forget to eat sometimes still, which is so wacky!  But the yuckiness for me at least went away after the first month or two.

I'm just a few weeks ahead of you (I think) and sometimes I'm not hungry.

I just ignore it and eat anyway but that's because I carefully space out my meals and the food is well measured. My theory has been that s long as those two factors are in control eating when not hungry won't harm. In fact, it should help matters because it keeps me from getting hungry later.

I also know the restriction will kick in if I guessed wrong. However, so far there's been no issues.

Do you have reflux? I find that when I miss a dose of my PPI, everything makes me feel gurgly and sick. I'm 13 weeks out and I can totally relate. I tried to eat a piece of chicken for lunch and after about 3 bites, I just said, "Nope. This is not happening."

Here's hoping it gets better for both of us!
