I hate this waiting!

I am going crazy waiting to hear from the insurance company!  It's a good think I'm at work when the mail man comes everyday because I think I might jump him when he comes to the door! lol

Waiting is not fun!

Ugh! I had the worst time waiting... I think I called every other day. And then once a day until I received my answer. It got to the point the CSR's were saying "Mmm... you just called, you don't need to call again". Yes, yes I do! Have you tried calling?

I'd suggest calling your insurance company and ask if they have received the paperwork from the surgeon, and when they think it will be processed.

It can take the insurance company a while to mail the "approval letter."  I got verbal confirmation of the approval weeks before the letter arrived.  In fact the letter arrived about a week after my surgery!
