Thanks everyone for all your support!!!

For the past few months, I have been reading post and personal journeys on OH and I feel like I have my very own invisible support team.   You all have been very inspirational and encouraging to me that I feel like there is nothing I can't accomplish.   I would especially like to shout out to  Keith for all the exercise tips..... I not very knowledgeable about exercise, so thanks.  Today marks 2 months post op and I am down 53 lbs.  Only 33 lbs to my first goal of 170 and over half way to my final goal of 150.  Got released for cardio/weights lifting yesterday.... better watch it Keith, I will be the one racing you on the machines at the gym!!!!!

Great job!  I am very glad I was directed to this site via my doctor. It is an amazing support team.  People at different stages in their journey, and all *****ally understand what each other are going through!
