Where are you now.
I am almost 2 years out and i am wondering what everyone else is consuming for carbs / protein / and calories. I have been at a stand still for awhile now and have not yet reached my goal. (My fault). I have put my big girl panties on the last week and really stuck to the basics and of course i am loosing again. What are you all eating now??
I'm not quite a year out, and am certainly not a vet. But for losing phase, I stick to less than 800 cals, around 80gms or protein and shoot for less than 20gms of carbs a day. Never more than 30. That seems to do the trick for me...though there have been stalls along the way. Water is also a major piece of weight loss phase, it seems.
