calorie counts

Hi all...i am only getting in around 500 to 700 calories a day...2 protein shakes a day and water....i eat minimally...i am not hungry...i am 7.5 weeks out...

How much protein and water.  This is more important than calories in my book!

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

i eat 500-800 cal a day but always 80+gm protein around 30 gm carbs and 65+ oz liquid

you need to eat  more food and less shakes , eat by the clock not by hunger

I'm eating between 500-800, depending on the day, but usually closer to around 600.  I also eat by the clock and not by hunger. I don't really feel hunger. I sometimes have head hunger, but it's not often and it's short lived.
