Hi all...i am only getting in around 500 to 700 calories a day...2 protein shakes a day and water....i eat minimally...i am not hungry...i am 7.5 weeks out...
I'm eating between 500-800, depending on the day, but usually closer to around 600. I also eat by the clock and not by hunger. I don't really feel hunger. I sometimes have head hunger, but it's not often and it's short lived.
