went shopping today - Hi everyone....well its been 9.5 weeks since my surgery...i decided to go clothes shopping today at Avenue Shop. I was wearing a 22/24 pant...and 22/24 top or 2x....i now fit in...

calorie counts - Hi all...i am only getting in around 500 to 700 calories a day...2 protein shakes a day and water....i eat minimally...i am not hungry...i am 7.5 weeks out...

update liver reduc plan - hi all.....well i am on day 6 of 10 liver reduc....it works...i am amazed....i am doin 3 protein shakes a day....1/2 cup diced cucumbers.....64 crystal lite....4 sugar free jell...

started my liver reduc now tell me one thing - I have done 2 days of this diet......and have 8 more to go....is it normal to have the runs...and will the 8 days be the same....the protein shakes are really filling me up...i ...
