Potatoes

Does anybody else have trouble tolerating potatoes since surgery?  I'm 10 months out and that seems to be the only thing that makes me sick to my stomach.  Mashed aren't too bad, but boiled, roasted, baked, scalloped, or any frozen potato product just doesn't agree with me.

I do not have a problem with potatoes. I am two months out and the only food I have trouble tolerating is chinese food. I get the foamies in my mouth. But not tolerating potatoes isnt a bad thing since u want to keep ur carb count low ;)

I'm not complaining - lol.  I wish I didn't tolerate the other carbs quite so well.  I don't eat many of them, but crackers have always been a weakness and unfortunately they still go down too comfortablly.  As long as I remember protein first I can't do too much damage, since it takes very little of that to fill me.

I'm not allowed to have potatoes yet. Don't think I will try when I can.

I wasn't a potato fan pre-surgery, so I've avoided them altogether. I figure it's a carb I don't need.

I say you have a bonus going there, not to be able to tolerate them--- let it go, and count it a blessing in disguise.  they really don't have much to offer nutritionally speaking.
