Hair Loss

I had the sleeve 4 months ago today, within the last month, I am noticing my hair is thining. I know they said this was a side effect, but is there anything any knows that will help it?!?!?

I am only 2 weeks out so I have not experienced this yet but I have been taking Biotin to help.

I have never heard of it, is for Hair Loss? How much do you take?

Yes, it is supposed to help hair and nails. I take one capsule a day and you can find it in the Vitamin section.  My nutritionist suggested it to me.  

WEN is great for your scalp health.  So is just rinsing with vinegar.  Nothing will stop the hair loss, it will run its course, but you can do things to make it look and feel better.

My hair loss lasted about 4 months.  My hair got kinda thin and it was upsetting.  Nothing you can do about it.  Biotin may help with re growth but. It does nothing for the loss.  Make sure you get in all your protien so you don't have additional loss.  It does get better and there are some products out there such as powders that you can use on your scalp if you have a lot of loss.  

My hair started thinning around 2 months out, and I'm still losing it. :(

I take Biotin (as someone else mentioned, but my does is 2 capsules), and I use Nioxin shampoo to help stimulate new growth and stop breakage.
