Now my mind is catching up to my body

I can actually fit old clothes in my closet!!!!!  For so long people kept saying I've lost so much weight but I didn't mentally feel the effects or see it for myself.  It's amazing how when you've lived overweight for so long, your brain still thinks your there when indeed your not :-) I can sit in the stadium like church seat and not have my hips hurt from squeezing in!  Now I can wear boots with heels all day and not be begging for mercy only hours into the day.  I can eat a half of a small sandwich and be satisfied with just that.  I don't get worn out from a simple shower, trying to clean all parts... Lol seriously.  It's great being thinner, I feel healthier and happier already and I'm not even to goal yet!!!!  Loving my sleeve and how it's helping change my life back to normal!

I agree some of my favorites are to be able to wear boots with heels and being able to shower and not get tired. Congratulations on your weight loss!

I whole-heartedly agree with each thing you said.  Congratulations and thank you for reminding me.  I'm working to keep my head in the game here and your post really made me remember why I'm doing it.
