A quick meal for those who can't of don't cook
I love some of the recipes I see on here and on blogs like egg face and others. My schedule can be challenged sometimes, so I need a short cut. Stumbled on this rifling through the fridge:
Oscar Meyer Deli Fresh Virginia Ham - 6 slices (six!) for 50 calories.
On each I put a teaspoon of Trader Joes Guilt Free Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip - 30 calories
Total - 80 calories, 2 carbs, 10 protein
And, I'm stuffed.
Funny you should post about a quick meal...
I "invented" one last nite..
2 oz deli turkey sprinkled with very fine shredded cheddar
laid the turkey flat, on a cookie sheet, sprinkled the cheese on each slice and popped under the broiler to melt the cheese..
then rolled them up..it was delicious, quick and warm... YUM!
turkey 60 cal came out to 4 slices
smattering of cheese... I gave it 30 cal so total 90 cal..not bad!
