So why can't protein drinks taste better?

Actually I had it in mind to try this myself - just add a little water or milk to the shake mix and see if I can pudding it up. I'm going to try this, the worst that can happen is my sink gets some protein!

syntrax matrix are the best from my experience.  Mint cookie is heavenly (like mint chocolate chip ice cream)  you can buy a sample pack of their flavors, they have orange cream and banana and all the usual flavors too, and also cookies and cream and also peanut butter cookie.  all yummo!   google  "syntrax matrix samples" I think it's like $18 for a 10 or 12 pack of different flavors.

Today is day 8th of my two-week my pre-op diet. I use Lean Body shakes from Vitamin Shoppe. Other things I eat Jello, Hot Tea, Chicken Broth, Ice Pops, Water, G2. all sugar free.
Down 17 ½ lbs, feeling great. SW. 255, now 237 ½

Personally, I have tried a few variations as well. The only one I've been able to stomach, and truth be told, I actually enjoy, is Muscle Milk Chocolate. Either the sugar-free or the lite. I've tried the vanilla and other brands but this is the only one I've found that isn't chalky or lacking any flavor at all. I usually get mine from Wal-mart but am looking into ordering from the company directly.

If you like bananas, I used Whey Protein from Meijers, the chocolate and peanut butter flavor, add small banana and ice cubes, blend in mixed and it is great!!
