pills, gummies, and liquids?

I'm staying away from the "yummy" vitas as they typically have a fair amt of carbs. With that being said, it's still slow going on pill taking. I recently found One a Day Womens Petite, which are about 1/2 the size of a normal vit. I'm now taking those so I think it's getting better!!! I'm doing sublingual B12, a D3 melt and just the calcium citrate tab. Oh and one slow iron...
