lose stall lose stall??
im four weeks out on monday I had a week stall lost nothing for 6 days then lost only 2 lbs in the next four days then nothing for the last 4 days is this normal??
That pattern seems to be very normal with women especially. You shouldn't worry if your following the plan.
However, you can't really know what's going on during those stalls unless you have a scale that measures body fat and are working proactively to standardize you weigh-ins. Even then you'll still get variability.
just stick with the plan, ignore the stalls, and all will be right in the world 6 months from now.

thank you so much i hope so just hard and then the other day when i worked out i was afraid i burned to many calories i only got about 600 in and burned 300 so wasnt sure if that was a good thing or not
I'm a stairstepper, too. Get to know your pattern, and just roll with it. Do a search for stair step weight loss and you will find a lot of info here!
