Different Phases

I had surgery on 03/05.  I was 224 the day of surgery and 215 seven days later when my doctor moved me to soft foods.  I have been on soft foods for 10 days and have only lost 1 pound since then.  I read on here that some people are on liquids for a number of weeks prior to moving to soft foods.  I was wondering if I was moved to soft foods sooner then I should of been and if this is why my weight loss has slowed down?

every surgeon has there own plan mine goes from full liquid at 2 weeks to full food (starting with softer stuff)

I had no problems with his plan

everyone loses at there own rate and almost every one stalls around 3 weeks

the weight will start coming off again soon

You should search the forums for "three week stall."  Basically, everyone stalls at this point.  Or at some other point.  It's just your body adjusting to the new "normal" that you're giving it.  Make sure you're getting enough protein and water, and you'll make it :)
