Protein drinks

My NUT said that Premier Protein was a good protein drink for the pre op diet.  On my instructions from the dr, he has listed Isoprene and Iso100. No more than 2 grams of carbs per meal. Premier has 4.  So which is right?  I know I should do what the dr says, but will the extra 2 grams of carbs really hurt?

Did he mean 2 carbs or 2 net carbs?  2 carbs per meal is really low--I can't think of any protein drinks with less than 2 carbs, but the atkins ones have only 2g net carbs.

My plan didn't specify this.premier is good but very thick.  I like syntrax matrix mint cookie powder. My nut said to use milk with it for extra protein and calories.  Every plan is different

I use Isopure protein powder. It has 110 calories, 0 carbs, and 26 grams of protein. I use almond milk with 30 calories and 1 carb because after surgery I became lactose intolerant

Has anyone tried the Unjury brand? I ordered the sample pack and waiting for it to arrive. I had surgery on 3/27 and already having trouble getting all this protein in.
