L: turkey burger on joseph's small pita bread and a green salad
D: 4 oz. of pork stir fried with 1 cup of stir fry veggies
S: either an apple with pb or greek yogurt with granola, not sure yet
water: 3 so far
vitamins: done

I'm envious of people who are able to post done on their vitamins so early in the day! How do you manage that? I have four batches of vits each day and don't take the last batch (iron****il right before bed.

I take vitamins twice a day. I decided to just count off by a half day, so if I got my vitamins yesterday evening and this morning, I count it as done. Then tonight's will be reported tomorrow.

Good Sunday morning!! I'm up and cooking up all my food for the week. I have crustless spinach quiche, taco meat for my taco salads and thai coconut curry chicken.
B: So far just coffee and water and almond milk
S: 2oz Brisket; 1oz Cheese; 2oz Mac&Cheese (left overs)
L:
Water: 8 cups and counting
Vitamins: Yup
Exercise: 3.3 miles done!!

I'm up but with a headache .... bleh! I need to start cleaning. It will probably take me all day ... kinda doing some spring cleaning & also clean up the garage. Fun stuff, not!!!
