After a horrible food day yesterday I will try again today

B: coffee and a protein drink
L: turkey burger on joseph's small pita bread and a green salad
D: 4 oz. of pork stir fried with 1 cup of stir fry veggies
S: either an apple with pb or greek yogurt with granola, not sure yet

water: 3 so far
vitamins: done

I'm envious of people who are able to post done on their vitamins so early in the day!  How do you manage that?  I have four batches of vits each day and don't take the last batch (iron****il right before bed.

I still have 4 batches, since I take 1500mg of calcium and was told to put them in 500mg batches, so that alone is 3, then the iron which has to be separate.  Plus all the other vits I take so I split them up to not overtax my liver/kidney (whichever organ does all the processing)

I take my vitamins in the morning along with my protein shake, that's the only way I am able to tolerate them with them upsetting my stomach.

I guess I am one of the fortunate ones, I only take calcium once a day, no iron, and one multi vitamin a day.

I take vitamins twice a day.  I decided to just count off by a half day, so if I got my vitamins yesterday evening and this morning, I count it as done.  Then tonight's will be reported tomorrow.

Good Sunday morning!!  I'm up and cooking up all my food for the week.  I have crustless spinach quiche, taco meat for my taco salads and thai coconut curry chicken.

B:  So far just coffee and water and almond milk
S:  2oz Brisket; 1oz Cheese; 2oz Mac&Cheese (left overs)
L:  

 

Water:  8 cups and counting
Vitamins:  Yup
Exercise:  3.3 miles done!!

Good morning!!!

I'm up but with a headache .... bleh!  I need to start cleaning.  It will probably take me all day ... kinda doing some spring cleaning & also clean up the garage.  Fun stuff, not!!!

B: woke up too late

L: Chicken Breast. low carb broccoli salad

S: Greek Yogurt

D: more chicken and I think I wanna run back over to Ralph's market for more low carb broccoli salad, yum!

Water, Vits, Cleaning ... check!!!
