Keeping up
For me, it really just took my life getting back to normal so I could figure out a schedule. I'm currently eating 3 meals plus a shake and figure I'll be doing this for a long time to come. Most days I have my shake in the morning (after I get home from the gym), my first meal at noonish, my second at dinner time, and my third around 10pm.
I have gotten pill containers, though, that are seven days of pills each and each day has four compartments. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000M29NZY/ref=wms_ohs_prod uct?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I set up my pills at the beginning of the week and this makes it really easy to see what I need to take each day.
Lots of people use MyFitnessPal to track their calories and macronutrients. I use RunKeeper to track my exercise.

I use My Fitness Pal which can be accessed via a computer or your smartphone. It will track everything you need.
Do NOT take it seriously when it tells you how many calories you're allowed in one day. It's not formatted for WLS people like us. You can customize the settings for how much protein, carbs, fats, calories you want to limit. It takes some tweaking (not twerking), but it's very beneficial.
