Head aches

For the last few days I have gotten head aches. Prior to surgery I wouldn't get them very often at all. Any idea what might be causing this?

Dehydration can cause headaches. Are you drinking enough fluids?

I agree - dehydration is the most common cause of headaches. Get your liquids in!

Oddly enough I got them when I was losing weight. Had to learn to change my sleeping position I was straining my neck and shoulder muscles.

Are you drinking or eating any products with artificial sweeteners? It is even in chewable vitamins.

I am seriously allergic. I have an immediate migraine.

MSG will trigger headaches. Check the labels on the products you are eating.

VSG on 07/10/13

Biotin gave me headaches until I stopped taking it. Just a thought....
