Yay for visiting your love!  (Although, if you're in a long distance relationship, I'm sorry.  They're 100% worth it but have a unique set of challenges!  Like travel!)  

I did!  My bff and I did it together for St. Baldricks!!  It was awesome.

Im Feeling very tired today and worned down... hoping I get everything in..

B. 2 oz strawberry greek yogurt

L. ( eating it right now) turkey salad with lemon juice !!!

D. probally more turkey... ( I made a huge turkey diner for the family yesterday!!)

S.  SF jello chocolate pudding

Water a bit slow but im picking it up

Vits Check

Exercise... No yet but I have to  maybe after work a nice long walk!!

D - Steak fixed some way - weather too bad for grilling

Water - going good

Vitamins - fine

Exercise - in a little while.  Went and bought some new kicks this morning.  Can't wait to break them in.

Boy, everyone's food sounds so good today.  I'm going to try some of these dishes.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - meatballs and parmesan cheese and garlic green beans

Dinner - rotisserie chicken and garlic green beans

vitamins - on track

water - good

Exercise - any minute now I'm heading for that recumbent bike!

Wohoo Monday (boo!)  I had a scary turbulent full flight this morning.  But I made it to the great state of PA without any other issues.  

B - Fit Frappe

S - air plane peanuts

L - chicken panang stir fry

S - greek yogurt w/ berries

S - string cheese (if I leave the office late)

D - spaghetti squash lasagna

S - cottage cheese & blackberries

E - swim (trying to keep it low key - my body needs to rest, but I am addicted)

W - on track

V - need to get these in.
