Wohoo Monday (boo!) I had a scary turbulent full flight this morning. But I made it to the great state of PA without any other issues.
B - Fit Frappe
S - air plane peanuts
L - chicken panang stir fry
S - greek yogurt w/ berries
S - string cheese (if I leave the office late)
D - spaghetti squash lasagna
S - cottage cheese & blackberries
E - swim (trying to keep it low key - my body needs to rest, but I am addicted)

V - need to get these in.
B/L: low carb tortilla, chicken, and cheese, yum
D: meatballs with bbq sauce, green salad
S: creamsicle protein shake
