Whatcha eating today VSGers??? Thursday! (which is almost Friday!)
How's it going today, VSGers? It's sort of a rest day for me since Pilates was cancelled due to college commencement. I've "only" got physical therapy! I've also got a support group meeting tonight - I'm still not sure how I feel about this support group, but it's only my third meeting so I want to give it a few more tries.
Today marks my tenth week post op and life is grand.
S: frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 5t collagen, 1t creatine)
B: bacon spinach salad topping
L: slow cooker italian-style calico bean soup
D: froyo protein popsicle
Water and vites: on track
Exercise: 60 minutes physical therapy

B: HB egg, 1/2 avocado (that was way too much avocado, not sure if it was a TOM craving)
L: Baby Spinach Salad w/HB egg, 2 spoonfuls gorgonzola cheese crumbles, 1/4 avocado, low cal dressing (not sure of how much I can eat of this so I'm gonna serve it and stop when I get a signal!)
D: Chicken Breast (last night, I could barely eat 1/2 so maybe not the whole thing)
I won't have time for a snack since I'll be busy with my kids at my son's Open House & homework
Water, Vits, & Walking are good.

S: Protein Shake (post workout)
D: Wild Card (might have a date)
Water: 6/12
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 3 miles
NEXT...
L: whole wheat crackers with tuna salad
D: BBQ meat
S: chocolate protein shake
water/vitamins: good

I'm heading home today. I'm ready to get out of Pa and away from work for a little bit. I have 2 interviews tomorrow. I'm trying to find a new job that doesn't require so much travel, so hopefully those go well.

V - have been really bad lately.
Good luck with your interviews! My partner used to have a heavy travel job - he spent 40 weeks flying to and from Arizona weekly one year, it sucked! I'm glad he doesn't travel so much anymore and his health is so much better now.
