Whatcha eating today VSGers...Saturday??
Happy weekend! I'm going to see the X-Men movie today and I'm looking forward to it! I also got to the farmers market this morning and got dill, asparagus, broccoli, leeks, green onions, and strawberries. Yum.
1: frankenshake - I tried out the mint cookie Syntrax today and I'm not a fan. Good thing that P likes it so it'll still get used up eventually.
2: 3 pieces of sushi (and that's the last of it. Sniff.)
3: mom's chicken w/ broccoli w/ roasted potatoes (I'll probably just saute the broccoli with some garlic and soy sauce.)
4: Froyo protein popsicle
Water and vites: on track!
Exercise: REST DAY

Have fun at the xmen movie. My sister is taking her husband tomorrow for his birthday.
I am finally headed home for a few days. Vacation was nice, but I am ready for some routine. I'm looking forward to a killer workout this afternoon :).
I'm planning on tightening up my diet a bit. Even before vacation I was getting a bit of creep, and I gotta say there was a bit too much of indulging while out with the family. I'm not going to crash diet or anything but going to focus on protein and veg and watch the carbs a bit closer.
My my food today is a bit out of wack because I had a 2 hour drive starting at 6 followed by two flights. Things should still be good, but just a bit out of order.
b - egg whites and ham
s - latte, plane peanuts
l - chike
s - protein and vegs from freezer whatever I have
d - crustless quiche and something green
s - Greek yogurt and berries
e - lift and hiit
w - yup
v - when I get home
It's so much easier to eat (and live!) right when you've got a routine going. I don't know how you manage with all your travel all the time!
