I seriously never thought this day would come. The entire journey was "what else could possibly go wrong", lol. Last week I was sobbing and ready to throw in the towel.

Congratulations of getting everything worked out and I date. It is common to take a year to jump though all their hoops to surgery. Keeping fingers crossed all goes well.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

It doesn't seem real that it's only 3 weeks away now. I'm half waiting for the other shoe to drop.

My grandmother (in my avitar pic) died at the exact same age I am now from obesity related health issues.

That's the same day I go in! June 16th but, I'm out of pocket pay and going to Mexico. We are sleeve twins!
