two months in
My daughter and I both had to do a 6 months monitored diet for insurance and we both gained. Both were approved with different insurance as this validated we don't do well on diets. For my revision I lost weight and they were trying to say I wouldn't need surgery as I could do it with diet and exercise.
Now if your surgeon demands a 25 pound lose I don't know what to say as ours don't. They know why we are there.
What are you eating, exactly? Are you weighing/measuring everything you put in your mouth? Are you snacking at all? What do you drink?
