I always look at this post and never post! I am one month post surgery tomorrow (!) and last night we did a "campout" for my daughters girl scout troop. I tried 1.5 oz turkey burger patty with cheddar and mustard, but it did not go down too well. I'm still on soft foods for one more week before I go to a regular diet, so I shouldn't have tried it yet anyway. Lessen learned! here goes:
Breakfast: Premier Choc protein shake
Lunch: 1/3 cup refried beans with 1 T cottage cheese, 1 T shredded cheddar, and 1 T salsa
Dinner: 2 oz scallops
S: Premier choc protein shake
On track with water and vitamins
Not cleared for exercise so playing at the pool with the kids and housework.

I don't do anything special. Just take a slice out of the avocado, and stick the rest in a ziplock and put it in the fridge. You could wash the cut out part in a little lemon juice, I suppose. The next day, I take another slice and slice off the greyed surface. I guess I've been eating on this avocado for three days?
Hi Gwen congrats on losing those inches! I don't really have an official measurement day, but I will probably do it tomorrow. I am having dinner at my parents house tonight. My poor hubby is not feeling well- he has celiac disease and I think he ate something with gluten yesterday. :(
